Manufacturing Scope
Crusher Wear Parts
Jaw plates, crusher hammers, impact plates, concaves, and mantles in Mn13, Mn14, Mn18, and high-chromium iron. Material grade is selected against the specific crusher type, feed material, and operating conditions — not applied as a default. Heat treatment is documented per batch. Compatible with primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing stages across all major crusher configurations.
Scraper Conveyor Components
Pan sides, connecting housings, scraper blades, and sidewalls for armored face conveyors, stage loaders, and surface chain conveyors. Fabricated and cast construction routes available. Dimensional accuracy at chain rail and pan-to-pan connection interfaces is verified against drawing tolerance on every batch — because chain alignment and chain wear rate depend on it.

Belt Conveyor Components
Rollers and idlers, drive and tail pulleys, conveyor frames and structural supports, guides, and transfer chute components for surface mining, port and terminal, and heavy industrial belt conveyors. Custom diameters, face widths, lagging specifications, and structural geometry to project drawings. Dynamic balancing available for high-speed applications.

Heavy Cast Steel Components
Planetary carriers, industrial housings, track shoes, chute sidewalls, and custom structural castings produced to client drawings. Casting weight from under 10 kg to over 5,000 kg per piece. CNC machining of all critical bearing seats, connection interfaces, and precision bores. Typically produced under NDA where OEM supply is discontinued or uneconomical.

Why Mine Components
There is no shortage of industrial component manufacturers in China. The question a procurement engineer is actually asking when evaluating a new supplier is narrower: can this supplier produce what I need, document it properly, communicate without friction, and keep delivering consistently over time? These are the things we are built to do.
Process control from material intake to final inspection
Quality problems originate in the process, not at final inspection. Our production sequence — incoming material verification, sample approval before batch release, in-process checks at heat treatment and machining, and documented final inspection — is applied consistently on every order under ISO 9001:2015 procedures. The standard provides the framework; the process provides the discipline. Components that pass our inspection do so because the process was controlled, not because they got lucky at the end.
Thirty years of process knowledge, not just equipment capability
Machining equipment determines what dimensional tolerances are achievable. Process knowledge determines whether the component performs as designed in the field. The heat treatment parameters for a thick manganese steel casting, the quench sequence for a high-chromium iron component, the sequence of operations that minimises residual stress before finish machining of a precision bore — these parameters are not in material specifications. They are held by the engineers and specialists who have been applying and refining them across a wide range of alloys and geometries for three decades. Batch-to-batch consistency is the result.
In-house NDT — independent verification of internal quality
Our dedicated non-destructive testing team — independent of production — performs magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic testing on cast and structural components where internal soundness matters. For thick-section castings and structurally loaded components, surface inspection alone is insufficient. Having NDT in-house means results are available immediately, and issues can be addressed at the production stage rather than discovered after the fact.
Documentation that works for your quality system
Each delivery is accompanied by inspection documentation appropriate to the component and order requirements — typically covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional verification, and packaging. Additional records such as heat treatment charts, NDT reports, or third-party certificates are provided where specified or applicable. Supplied in English as standard. We treat documentation as part of the product, not as an administrative afterthought.
Real-time order visibility and responsive communication
Our international team provides coverage across time zones — when Xi’an business hours end, client queries do not wait until the next morning. Production status, inspection updates, and shipping notifications are turned around within 1–2 hours as standard. For ongoing supply relationships, direct access to our ERP order tracking is available, providing live visibility of production stage and inspection status without needing to ask.
Long-term supply relationships, built on consistent execution
A number of our client relationships have continued for close to thirty years. They exist because the components perform, the documentation satisfies quality audits, and the commercial relationship is straightforward. New clients start with a single order. Long-term relationships develop when that order is executed as specified and the next one is easier to place than the first.
Industries Served
Our components are in service across underground and surface mining, coal processing, aggregate and quarrying, cement manufacturing, bulk handling terminals, and heavy industrial equipment applications. The common thread is heavy-duty operating environments where component performance, dimensional accuracy, and supply reliability have a direct effect on production availability.
Engineering in Practice
Custom High-Chromium Wear Rings — European Hammer Mill
A long-standing European industrial client required 36 high-chromium wear rings (GX260Cr27, ≥500 HB) for a hammer mill system, produced under NDA to proprietary drawings. Full-circle assembly verification of all 36 rings was completed before shipment to confirm fit accuracy. Chemical analysis, individual hardness reports, 100% dimensional inspection records, heat treatment curves, and MPI results were supplied as a complete documentation package. Delivered on schedule. Followed by repeat orders.

Start a Technical Discussion
If you have a component requirement — a standard wear part for a known crusher model, a replacement casting from a drawing, or a part that the OEM no longer supplies — send us the details. We will review the specification, confirm manufacturability, and respond within one working day.
Client drawings are handled under NDA as standard. We comply with applicable Chinese export regulations and the laws of destination markets. Contracts are issued by the SMI group entity applicable to your product line and region — details provided at the quotation stage.
