Mining operations place more severe demands on mechanical components than almost any other industrial environment. Primary and secondary crushing processes subject wear parts to continuous high-energy impact and abrasion. Underground conveyor systems run continuously under heavy load in confined, often wet conditions. Heavy structural components in haulage and processing equipment carry dynamic loads over long service intervals with limited maintenance access. Surface Mining
Surface mining operations — open-cut iron ore, copper, gold, coal, and aggregate — typically involve large primary jaw or gyratory crushers, secondary and tertiary cone crushers, and extensive belt conveyor systems for ore transport. Component requirements are dominated by wear: jaw plates and crusher liners in manganese steel or alloy grades selected for the specific ore hardness and crusher type, conveyor components sized for the tonnage and conveyor geometry of the specific installation.
For surface mining clients, we supply crusher wear parts across the full size range — from jaw plates for mid-size aggregate jaw crushers to large primary jaw plates and gyratory mantle and concave assemblies for major mining operations. Underground Mining
Underground mining — coal, potash, hard rock — presents a different set of component requirements. Armored face conveyors (AFCs) and stage loaders are the primary material transport systems in longwall coal operations, and their structural components — pan sides, connecting housings, scraper blades, and sidewalls — are subject to wear, impact, and fatigue loading in confined conditions where replacement requires significant downtime. Dimensional accuracy at chain rail interfaces and pan-to-pan connection points directly affects chain service life and system reliability.
We supply scraper conveyor structural components for underground mining applications, produced to OEM drawings or client specifications. Cast and fabricated construction options are available depending on the performance and cost requirements of the application. Components are dimensionally verified at chain rail and connection interfaces as standard.

Mining equipment — crushers, grinding mills, haulage systems, conveyor drives — contains large structural castings and precision cast components that are subject to high loads and long service intervals. Planetary carriers in conveyor drive gearboxes, track shoes on mining vehicles, and large industrial housings are examples of components where casting quality, dimensional accuracy, and material properties are critical to equipment reliability. These components are typically produced to OEM drawings under NDA, and supply relationships are established on the basis of consistent quality and documentation rather than price alone.
